My name is Hallvard and I am a partner at PwC Norway.

I have extensive experience in providing Assurance and Deals related services to large and medium sized companies, e.g external- and internal audits, due diligence services, IPO's, restructuring, M&A's and valuations.

I have experience from a wide range of industry. However, the seafood- and oil services have always been my prioritized industry.

I am a member of PwC’s Capital Market Group, responsible of review of prospectuses issued by companies listed on Oslo Stock Exchange. In my role as audit engagement partner or financial due diligence advisor I have been responsible for several Initial Public Offerings.

In earlier years I have also been lecturing at the Master Program in Finance at the Norwegian School of Business Administrations, in valuations.
