Shipping Crew Performance Management Systems 2011
We are pleased to announce the release of the PwC Survey on Shipping Crew Performance Management Systems,which analyses qualitative data collected from twelve leading shipping companies based in Greece, Cyprus, Denmark and Sweden. We used semi-structured interviews with general managers, fleet personnel and human resources managers. The survey covers 39,500 seafarers and 1,320 ships from different sub-sectors. Its key findings are interesting both from shipping and HR perspectives.
