New statement from the Ministry of Finance regarding transitional rules for tonnage taxed companies
The Ministry of Finance has on 29 June 2010 stated that the prohibition against granting loans and securities and real capital requirement are not applicable to tonnage taxed companies that intend to elect the voluntary settlement scheme.
