Knut has more than 20 years’ experience as tax advisor. Knut has advised several Norwegian based multinationals and has in-depth knowledge about the tax challenges multinationals are faced with. Knut has advised multinationals in Tax Management and tax policy issues and he has experience from the tax committee of a major listed Norwegian industrial company.
Knut has been responsible for restructuring of several major Norwegian industry companies, including cross border business restructurings. Knut has advised on several major cross border transactions, including industrial asset swaps.
Knut is focusing on international and national tax, M&A and restructurings, regulatory issues and company law.
Knut main areas of industry knowledge are within energy, utilities, transport and public sector.
Knut has a law degree from University in Oslo in 1992. Before he joined PwC in 1995, he was for three years an advisor at Central Taxation Office for listed and other major entities.
