Petra Windgätter

Petra holds a director's position in Tax & Legal Services at our Stavanger office and has a background from Finance and Tax in the Norwegian oil industry. Before joining PwC, she was the tax manager of a major international oil company where she was responsible for all tax compliance and advice/planning related tasks both for the Norwegian as well as foreign entities. The preparation of transfer pricing documentation and tax returns, tax computation and payments as well as the handling of tax audits, appeals and court cases are all part of her scope of experience.

Petra's areas of expertise include petroleum taxation as well corporate tax, VAT, tax treaties, APA and MAP processes. Petra has a degree in Finance & Economics from the University in Stavanger and The Norwegian Business School, BI.
