Sturle Døsen

Sturle is a partner in PwC Deal localised in Bergen. He has wide experience in working with major transactions, including acquisitions, due diligence, independent business review, restructuring, mergers, demergers, acquisition analysis, stock exchange listings and valuation.
Sturle also has extensive experience as contract responsible auditor for large and listed companies, including management of global audit assignments, especially within oil service related business and telecom.
Sturle is also associated with PwC's expert group for IFRS related issues. He has also been a guest lecturer and examiner in valuation at NHH, and has a master's degree in economics and is a certified public accountant from NHH.
