Anti-Corruption

We assist in developing and implementing a satisfactory, custom made anti-corruption program.

Internationally, it is a clear tendency that authorities increasingly are following up the fight against corruption by demanding that the companies have implemented robust preventive measures.

Norwegian companies with international activity should be aware that both the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the British Bribery Act have a wide range of impacts, and can apply to Norwegian companies under certain circumstances. Additionally Norwegian anti-corruption rules may under certain circumstances also apply to actions committed abroad.
