Eivind is leader of the Transfer Pricing Services in PwC Norway. He is specialized in international corporate taxation and transfer pricing. He mainly provides advisory services to clients related to business restructurings, value chain transformation, pricing of related party transactions, transfer pricing reporting and documentation, and permanent establishments. Further, he is regularly engaged in controversy management and M&A work.
Eivind holds a law degree from the University of Oslo and is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.
