Hilde Thorstad

Hilde has worked as tax advisor and advocate for large multinational companies since she finished law school in 1999. She works with Norwegian and international corporate taxation, and assists Norwegian and international groups with restructurings (domestic and cross border), acquisitions, tax structuring, transfer pricing, tax disputes, compliance etc.
Hilde has extensive experience from providing services to clients within oil service, shipping, offshore, finance etc. She also has good knowledge of EU/EEA tax, foreign tax regimes and tonnage tax.
Hilde has practical experience as hired-in Tax Director for a large Norwegian owned group.
