Ingrid is a Director and the Head of the employment team at PwC's Oslo office. She assists Norwegian and international companies with all aspects of employment law, including restructuring processes, workforce reductions and transfer of undertakings. Furthermore, she advises companies on a day-to-day basis. 

She is the author of the book "Particularly Independent Position" regarding working hours, and co-author of "Sexual harassment at the workplace" and "Arbeidsrett.no" a commentary to the Working Environment Act.
Ingrid has experience with dispute resolution both as a lawyer and as a deputy judge at Tønsberg City Court and is an external examiner and teaching supervisor within employment and civil proceedings at the University of Oslo.
