Kjetil Baldersheim
Advocate | Senior Manager, PwC Norway
Kjetil is an advocate/senior manager in the Legal department in PwC Norway (Kristiansand office), where he's been working since august 2022. He graduated from the University of Bergen in 2009, and he also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Bond University with specialization within International Trade Law.
Kjetil has worked as a lawyer since 2010, except for a two year-period where he worked as senior legal adviser in a governmental directorate. He has experience from M&A transactions, company law, contract law, real estate and restructurings. In PwC Kjetil mainly works on cases within the same areas, where he i.a. advises clients on business law matters and contracts.
