Eli Beck Nilsen

Eli has worked as a lawyer in the private business sector since she graduated from law school in 2007 and she mainly works with M&A, corporate law, restructurings and employment law. She has extensive experience within the field, and has advised a number of Norwegian and international clients in matters relating to M&A, general corporate law, restructurings (including mergers and demergers), workforce reduction/redundancy processes and general employment law matters. Her primary business expertise relates to the oil service industry, with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity.

Eli has conducted and managed several legal due diligences for Norwegian and international clients, on both the vendor and buyer side of a transaction. Eli has extensive experience with preparation, review and negotiations of contracts, her core competence relating to contracts within the oil service industry.
