Energy Transaction Seminar Oslo

We are pleased to invite you to our Energy Transactions Seminar. Our aim is to provide a venue for leaders within M&A, business development, financing, tax and legal to meet their peers across the energy industry, to share perspectives on M&A themes and to hopefully come away with some new ones.

For eight consecutive years, this seminar has been a well-established annual event in Stavanger. This year marks the first time the seminar is held in Oslo, extending the discussion to a broader group of industry leaders. The focus of the Oslo event is on the renewables side of the energy spectrum. 

The program will provide insights into the latest M&A topics in the energy sector, including strategic and commercial deal drivers, as well as financial, tax and legal considerations. It is a closed event for you who are navigating transactions in rapidly evolving market conditions.

Registration opens at 12:00, with the first speaker starting at 12:30.
