Magne Hop

Magne has more than 15 years of experience as a business lawyer advising both national and international clients with restructuring, regulatory, tax and legal projects. In addition to his law degree, Magne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Edinburgh. Magne has previously lectured at the University of Bergen in national corporate taxation and is currently connected to the Norwegian School of Economics.
Magne has assisted banks, financial institutions and other national and multinational companies in establishing a Norwegian presence and doing business in Norway. He also regularly represents clients in court as regards both tax and company law issues.
