Stian Brumoen

Stian has been a lawyer in public administration and a private law firm since he graduated as a lawyer in 2002. He has experience with domestic and international taxation since 2004. Stian has considerable experience with corporate tax and transactions between the company and its owner.

Within the corporate taxation area, he has extensive experience assisting clients with tax compliance, general tax issues and tax disputes. This includes succession planning, restructuring and due diligence. Stian assists clients with incorporation and liquidation of companies, changes in share capital, M&A, dividends and group contributions.

Additionally, he assists in the areas of personal tax, general corporate law and contract law.

Stian is a lecturer on tax and company law matters.

Stian joined PwC in 2016 after working as a tax lawyer in the Tax Office and lawyer at Ernst & Young Law Firm respectively five and seven years.
